I? love chocolate so my treats usually are some kind of chocolate. Some of my favorites are dark chocolate covered almonds, dark choc. covered raisins, chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and my homemade healthy brownies (see my video on how to make these).

I don’t like going to bed with any hunger. A snack an hour before bed helps me sleep. To feel fuller try adding some healthy fats to your meals. Things like olive oil, avocados, peanut butter. It will help you stay fuller much longer.

    For the last couple months I’ve been on a “trend” eating like 5 chocolate? bars each evening. I heard your tip about focusing on your food, so I bought the small individually wrapped chocolates like you get with coffee sometimes. I ate one after lunch, and one after dinner, really focusing on the taste and texture as it melted on my tongue. I just lost 4 pounds in one week, I can’t quite believe it. THANK YOU! BTW it was dark chocolate and I always had an apple in my purse for a snack.
