Never use pills!
Breakfast:
1serving Cheerios
1serving Excess fat free of charge milk
(I lost 3 kilos in a week by carrying out this)
No a lot more fast food, only homemade or restaurants.
No more junk foods, snack on veggies and fruits as an alternative
No a lot more sodas, consume drinking water or juice as a substitute
Every thing you try to eat ought to be proportional.
You have to invest 50 percent an hour each day to physical exercise

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.
Good luck:

Stop eating as much. You can eat the same things you’d normaly eat, but cut the portions in half.

Drink lots of (unsweetened) fluids, eat lots of fiber, avoid ALL red meat, eat lots of green vegetables, and get plenty of exercise, particularly low-impact aerobic exercise. Eat the same amount of food you normally eat, every day, but spread it out over 6 to 8 meals, instead of just 1 or 2 meals. Don’t eat anything fried. Avoid stress. Your bed-time should be no less than 4 hours after your last meal. So, if you normally sleep at 10:00 p.m. finish your last meal of the day by 6:00 p.m.
