Question by Insaneduck: What good diet do you recommend for bulking up?
Currently, I’m on a 100-push-up program which I just started and hope in completing in 7 weeks. I really need a good diet to back me up. I am 15 years old right now, my body type is “Slim/Slender”. I’m 6’2(I’m pretty tall) and I weigh only 140 pounds. I really want to bulk up at least a little bit before school starts in early september. Any good recommendations?

a bulking diet is generally a healthy diet with more calories added but the stipulation to these added calories is that you put them to good use by working out and getting stronger. eat lots of protein commplx carbs healthy fats. choose good meats such as chicken and turky breast tuna and little red meates eat healthy veggies and stay away from white breads grains and veggies
